Can we freeze fresh desserts?
Refer to the instructions on the back of the packaging. Freezing does not affect the food safety or nutritional value of the desserts. We do not recommend freezing cream-based desserts: i.e. Crème Brûlée, Caramel Flan.
Is your packaging recyclable?
All our packaging is reusable and recyclable.
What to do with empty ramekins?
Glass ramekins are recyclable and reusable. Visit us on Facebook for original ways to reuse them. They tolerate freezing and baking up to 400 ° F (205 ° C). However, sudden changes in temperature should be avoided.
What about allergens? Are your desserts gluten-free? Do they contain nuts and peanuts?
We recommend reading the list of ingredients and the declaration of allergens on the packaging of each particular product. You’ll find the one for you! We have desserts that contain gluten (for example cheesecakes) and others that are gluten-free. We do not process any product with peanuts or nuts in our facility.
Why can’t I find my favorite dessert?
We are constantly trying to offer new products to distributors while some others are seasonal. We invite you to discuss this with your local grocery store, voicing your interest for specific products at their point of sale.
What is the best way to store my Marie Morin desserts?
We recommend always keeping our products in a cool place and respecting the expiration dates on the packaging. Products should not be stored at room temperature.
