Can we eat the desserts after their expiration date?

The desserts are fresh products, therefore they are perishable, we don’t recommend consuming them after their expiration date.

Can we freeze the desserts?

Freezing does not affect food safety of the desserts nor their nutritional value but the texture will be greatly affected. We do not recommend freezing cream-based desserts: ex. the Crème Brulee, Panna cotta, Crème caramel.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Cardboard packaging is recyclable, glass ramekins too.

What can be done with the empty ramekins?

Ramekins glass are recyclable and reusable. Visit us on Facebook for creative ways to reuse them. They tolerate freezing, baking up to 400 ° F (205 ° C), however you should avoid sudden temperature changes.

What about the allergens? Are the desserts gluten free? What about peanuts and nuts?

We advise you to read carefully the ingredient list and allergen statement on the packaging of each specific product. You will certainly find the right one for you!
We have desserts which contain gluten (e.g. cheesecakes) and others do not.
We process on the same equipments and programs are in place to avoid gluten contamination.
We do not process any product with peanuts or nuts.
